Signature Requirements

Orders over $100 require a signature upon delivery to ensure your package arrives safely. You can opt out of this requirement during checkout if you prefer.

Shipping Restrictions

Important Notice

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Address Verification

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, occasionally issues may arise during transit:

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier and either reship your order or provide a full refund.

Shipping During Holidays

During major holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc.), please order well in advance to ensure timely delivery:

  • Mother's Day: Order by May 3rd
  • Christmas: Order by December 15th

These dates are recommendations and may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
