At Golden Petal Gift LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will appear in your account according to your payment provider's processing time.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process and indicate your preference for exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
