Returns and Refunds Policy

At Golden Petal Gift LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

30-Day Return Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right to cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Refund Process

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will appear in your account according to your payment provider's processing time.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging
  • The goods are unused and in resalable condition
  • All original tags and labels are attached
  • A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase is included
Important Note

Please ensure items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. We are not responsible for items damaged during return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Custom Orders: The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
  • Perishable Items: The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over
  • Hygiene Items: The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  • Mixed Items: The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during final sale events (clearance items)
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards and certificates

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Return Shipping Label

For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process and indicate your preference for exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be in original, resalable condition
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable
  • Shipping charges for exchanged items apply

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@goldenpetalgift.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the damage or defect
  • Photographs showing the issue
  • Whether you prefer a replacement or refund

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order before it ships:

  • Before Processing: Full refund will be issued immediately
  • During Processing: Order can be cancelled before it ships for a full refund
  • After Shipping: Follow the standard return process

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refund to the original card (3-5 business days to appear)
  • PayPal: Refund to PayPal account (1-2 business days)
  • Other Methods: Refund via check or store credit as applicable

Store Credit Option

As an alternative to a refund, you may choose to receive store credit for the full amount of your return. Store credit:

  • Never expires
  • Can be used on any future purchase
  • May be combined with other promotions
  • Issued immediately upon return processing

Partial Returns

If you purchased multiple items and wish to return only some of them:

  • Follow the standard return process for each item
  • Original shipping costs will be proportionally refunded
  • Return shipping costs apply per item returned
  • Minimum order value requirements may affect eligibility

International Returns

Currently, we only ship within the United States and only accept returns from US addresses. International returns are not accepted at this time.
